For the couple who already did the planning and wants someone they trust to take it from here.

You've booked the vendors. You've chosen the details. You've spent months thinking about how everything should come together.

Now you need someone other than you, your mom or your maid of honor to actually run the day.

I'll step in before your wedding to learn your plans, organize the final details, communicate with your vendors and create a clear timeline. Then I'll be there on your wedding day making sure everything happens when and where it's supposed to.

Coordination includes:

• Pre-wedding coordination consultation

• Review of your existing plans, vendors and logistics

• Detailed wedding-day timeline

• Final vendor communication and confirmations beginning 6–8 weeks before your wedding

Why Me?

Weddings have been part of my world for years, but my experience goes far beyond photographing them. I spent five years working in a flower shop, where I gained hands-on experience with flowers, arranging and design. I create and style my own photography sets, have years of professional event coordination experience, and have spent countless wedding days seeing firsthand what makes a day run smoothly and what doesn't.

I also have an incredibly strong attention to detail and a natural eye for aesthetics. I notice the little things. How colors work together, where something should be placed, what a space is missing, and how all of those individual details come together to create the bigger picture. Give me your Pinterest board, and I'll help you bring it to life in a way that works for your actual venue, priorities and budget.

Then I planned my own wedding.

And when I say planned, I mean everything. I designed and arranged the florals, created the tablescapes, styled the ceremony and reception spaces, built the guest book table, planned the drinks and batch cocktails, coordinated vendors, created timelines and brought every little detail together myself.

Planning my own wedding brought all of my skills into one place: photography, florals, design, events, organization and a genuine love for creating beautiful experiences. It also made me realize how much I love this side of the wedding industry.

Now, I want to use everything I've learned to help other couples create a wedding that feels completely like them without having to carry every detail on their own.

Do I really need a wedding coordinator?

15 reasons why you should consider saying "Yes!"

1. You get to actually enjoy your wedding day.

No checking schedules, answering vendor calls, or worrying about what happens next.

2. Your family gets to enjoy it, too.

Your mom, maid of honor, siblings, and friends should be celebrating, not working your wedding.

3. Someone else answers the questions.

Vendors, guests, and the wedding party have a go-to person who isn't you.

4. Your timeline is handled.

I create a detailed schedule and keep the day moving without making it feel rushed.

5. Your vendors stay on the same page.

Everyone knows where to be, when to arrive, and what is expected.

6. Your vision actually comes to life.

From your Pinterest board to the finished space, I help make sure everything feels cohesive and intentional.

7. The little details don't get forgotten.

Those tiny things you've spent months thinking about? I'm thinking about them, too.

8. Someone is watching the clock.

Ceremony, dinner, toasts, dances, cake cutting and everything in between stay on track.

9. Problems get solved behind the scenes.

Things happen at weddings. Most of the time, you shouldn't even have to know about them.

10. Difficult guests aren't your problem.

Questions, confusion, awkward situations and unexpected issues can come to me first.

11. Setup is overseen.

Décor, tables, signage and special details are placed the way you envisioned them.

12. You have help finding what you need.

From florals and décor to vendors and rentals, I can help source options that fit your style and budget.

13. You don't have to remember everything.

I create checklists, schedules and plans so you're not trying to keep your entire wedding in your head.

14. You have someone looking at the bigger picture.

While you're focused on getting married, I'm making sure all of the moving pieces work together.

15. You can be present.

You've spent months planning this day. When it finally arrives, your only job should be to experience it.

The RAW Honey Décor Collection

As a Wedding Coordination & Design couple, you'll also have access to my growing collection of wedding décor.

From bud vases and vintage glassware to lace, faux florals and those little finishing touches that make a space feel complete, we'll look through what I already have while designing your wedding and find pieces that complement your vision.

Instead of purchasing every detail for one day, you can rent pieces directly from my collection at an affordable rate. I'll help you determine what works with your space, style and budget so we're only adding pieces that genuinely contribute to the overall design.

Décor rentals are exclusively available to RAW Honey coordination couples and are priced separately based on the pieces and quantities selected.
